My family and I have used T-Mobile-locked devices since joining Mint in 2019, and they worked just fine. To be specific, we used the T-Mobile-locked Galaxy S9+, Note 10+, and Galaxy S21 Ultra on Mint.It’s just provisioned to not have hotspot. In most cases, it shouldn’t be allowing any tethering at all (as in unable to start tethering). No it shouldn’t stop all data. Best I could suggest is to stop all tethering and reboot the device. 2.
