Replaced the entry sensor battery as app showed it as offline. Still shows as offline in both the app and on the keypad even though I get the blue light blinking. Pressed the button on the sensor. Still nothing on the app/keypad. Ran Test Mode from the keypad and the system recognized it. Got out of Test Mode and still no change, shows offline.
