With TDA you can trade: 7am - 9:30 am pre market. 9:30-4:00pm market hours 4:00pm-8:00pm. For pre market and AH, you have to use LIMIT orders, and have to select day+ext, or am ext/pm ext. depending on what you want. If you choose day+ext you can basically have the order in from 7am-8pm.
