Hello, Looking for advice on the correct rod choice between the 53 and 52 Centaur Chiron - mostly fishing summer NJ YFT with come BFT up to the Bacardi.That Hogfish is spectacular! But regarding the Aceration. Shimano is recommending #65 on this reel I was told by John at Trophy Tackle.The slow jigging rods we are talking about recently are totally different. The rods are inshore rods for smaller fish using small reels spooled with PE2 - . PE5. It is a challenger to catch 50 - 100 lb tuna with such a light rod.
