You can also use serana dialogue edit. There's a patch to use with serana dialogue add on. It does feel rushed. Slowly getting used to the new voice as the mod gets updated. She's literally the perfect follower except for the goddam necromancy, and nothing I've tried prevents her from raising the dead. The lines feel like a natural add on to vanilla and are very well done, I would definitely recommend keeping this even if you don't like the newer versions of SDA.
