They said they need time to connect with Subaru technical support.🤷🏼♂️. Like.For 2021 they had the Forester Sport prominently displayed on the website with a rooftop tent. But now for 2022 the implication by omission is that you've got to upgrade to the Wilderness package to do a rooftop tent. In all fairness, an extra hundred pounds of capacity is significant for a rooftop tent. When I first got my 2007 2.5X in July, after driving a 1998 Impreza for 9 years without a roof rack, I noticed wind noise even at 30-40 MPH on city streets. So, I took the crossbars off the roof rack, and brought them in the apartment. Now the wind noise is gone, at street and highway speeds.
